Data deletion instructions

Use these options to delete account data, workspace data, or data connected through Meta integrations.

How to request deletion

CustomerFlows deletes or anonymizes personal data within 30 days of a verified request, unless we must keep limited records for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, or other legal obligations. Backup copies are removed through normal backup rotation.

Delete data in CustomerFlows

Workspace owners can delete a workspace from workspace settings. Individual users can delete their personal account from profile settings when ownership rules allow it.

Disconnect connected Meta services

Workspace admins can disconnect Meta integrations from Settings > Integrations. Disconnecting clears stored Meta tokens and stops CustomerFlows from receiving new Meta Ads or WhatsApp provider events for that connection.

Request help by email

Email [email protected] with your account email, workspace name, and the data you want deleted. We may ask for proof that you control the account or workspace before deleting data.

Meta callback confirmations

If you started a deletion request from Meta, include the confirmation code shown in the callback URL. That helps us trace the signed request without exposing Meta access tokens or customer data.
